Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Administration Faculty member based in Kozhikode. The Healthcare Administration Faculty member will be responsible for developing and delivering curriculum content, conducting lectures, guiding students through practical exercises, and providing academic support. The role also involves collaborating with other faculty members to ensure the highest standards of education and staying updated with industry trends to integrate real-world applications into the coursework.

Qualifications

• BHA/MHA or any equalent qualification & experience
• Experience in developing and delivering curriculum content
• Strong knowledge in Healthcare Administration, including practical applications and industry trends
• Excellent teaching, mentoring, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and industry partners to enhance educational offerings
• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field
• Prior teaching experience, especially at the college or university level, is preferred
• A passion for education and commitment to student success
