Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rudrapur for a Human Resources Payroll Executive. The role involves handling day-to-day payroll operations, managing employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies, collaborating with the HR team, and addressing employee relations matters. You will also be responsible for monitoring HR operations and ensuring seamless execution of human resource management processes within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) functions
• Strong skills in HR Operations, including payroll processing and compliance
• Experience in managing Employee Relations and resolving workplace concerns
• Knowledge and understanding of HR Policies and their implementation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous payroll experience in similar roles is a plus
