Role Overview: Curefoods (EatFit) is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join their team as a Compliance Officer. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring statutory and labour compliance, managing tax-related tasks, and identifying areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and statutory requirements, such as Provident Fund, ESI, and Labour Welfare Fund. - Manage tax-related tasks, including TDS, income tax returns, and other tax compliance requirements. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. - Ensure compliance with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements related to statutory and labour compliance. - Good understanding of taxation laws and regulations, including TDS and income tax returns. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.,
