Human Resources Officer

You will play a crucial role in supporting the effective operation of the department at Hyatt Place Hampi, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your primary focus will be on fulfilling employee, guest, and owner expectations. As the Assistant Manager - Human Resources, your key responsibility will involve aiding in the seamless and effective functioning of the Personnel Department within the Human Resources Division. This includes supporting the Director of Human Resources or Human Resources Manager in implementing Hyatt's People Philosophy across the hotel. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity as a Human Resources Assistant Manager or Coordinator within a larger operation is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities, along with proficient administrative and interpersonal skills, are essential for success in this role.,
