Human Resources Manager

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager located in Madurai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and employee development. The role involves designing and implementing HR policies, addressing employee grievances, conducting performance reviews, and coordinating training programs. The HR Manager will also ensure a positive organizational culture and work closely with management to meet business objectives.
