Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Human Resources Manager in the Real Estate sector. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all facets of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks include managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, developing HR policies, and ensuring a positive employee experience. The HR Manager will also collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
