Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, compensation and benefits, employee relations, salary management, PPF, ESIC, and other HR tasks. Your role will also involve developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to ensure a happy and productive workplace where employees work towards achieving the organization's mission and objectives.
