Your Responsibilities

• Assist with the full hiring cycle — finding candidates, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews.
• Keep HR data, employee info, and intern documents organized and up to date.
• Help run onboarding sessions and ensure new joiners feel welcomed.
• Support daily HR tasks like attendance checks, follow-ups, and performance tracking.
• Contribute to team engagement activities, celebrations, and internal communications.
• Work closely with management to refine HR workflows and boost team culture.
  

What We Expect

• Clear communication and good organizational habits.
• A friendly, people-first attitude.
• Curiosity and interest in hiring, HR processes, and team development.
• Comfort with MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, or a related field.
