About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment (Priority):

  Posting jobs, screening resumes, calling candidates, and scheduling interviews for Editors, Callers, and Marketers.

• Team Management:

  Tracking daily attendance, leaves, and office timings strictly.

• Onboarding:

  Welcoming new employees and explaining their tasks/roles on Day 1.

• Office Administration:

  Managing office supplies, internet issues, and maintaining a disciplined work environment.

• Performance Tracking:

  Ensuring the team (Callers/Editors) is updating their daily reports/sheets on time.

• Culture:

  Handling employee grievances and organizing small team activities/celebrations.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  1–3 years of experience

  in HR, Recruitment, or Office Management.
• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English) to conduct professional interviews.
• Good knowledge of

  Google Sheets/Excel

  (for maintaining salary & attendance data).
• Ability to be strict regarding office rules and deadlines.
• Problem-solving attitude – you should be the "Go-To" person for office issues.

Working Details:

• Location:

  Rohini Sector 18 (Work from Office)

• Timings:

  10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (6 Days a week)

• Salary:

  ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
