We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Lead with strong experience in startup ecosystems to lead our human resources function in Bengaluru. This role demands a people-first leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can build HR processes from the ground up while staying agile and aligned with business needs.
You will play a critical role in shaping our company culture, scaling our teams, and ensuring we attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10–15+ years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years in high-growth startup environments.
• Proven ability to build HR functions from scratch and scale them efficiently.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment, employee relations, culture building, and change management.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a startup mindset—comfortable wearing multiple hats.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of HR tools and platforms (ATS, HRMS, etc.).
