Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Source relevant resumes from job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, Monster, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn, internal databases, etc. 2. Screen resumes based on the criteria provided by the client and share relevant resumes with the client 3. Coordinate the overall recruitment process, counseling job-seekers & employers Note: 1. On completion of the internship, we intend to extend a job offer to the top performers 2.
