Role Description

This is a remote role for a Human Resources (HR) Intern. The HR Intern will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including assisting with HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The HR Intern will also engage in day-to-day HR tasks, help maintain employee records, and provide support in the recruitment process.

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
