Human Resources (Intern to Full Time)

As an HR Intern at our company, you will not just be responsible for scheduling calls or updating sheets, but you will have the opportunity to learn how the hiring process actually works. Working directly with the founding team, you will play a crucial role in shaping how we find, vet, and onboard top talent. Additionally, you will have the chance to sit in on real hiring calls, gaining valuable insights and experience beyond just mock interviews. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing campus recruitment drives, coordinating with colleges and Training and Placement Officers (TPOs) for hiring activities, sourcing and screening candidates for various roles, conducting interviews, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining candidate databases and recruitment reports, ensuring timely follow-ups, feedback sharing, and supporting the onboarding process for selected candidates. This position is hands-on, fast-paced, and high-trust, providing you with a dynamic learning environment. The employment type for this role is Intern to Full-Time, with working days from Monday to Saturday. The location for this role is in Powai, Mumbai (On-Site).
