Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement:

Assist in planning and executing engagement initiatives.
Support internal communications, newsletters, and employee feedback initiatives.
Collaborate with various teams to build a strong and inclusive company culture.
Maintain records and feedback related to engagement activities.

Learning & Development:

Help coordinate and schedule training sessions and workshops.
Assist in creating learning content, presentations, and training materials.
Track attendance, feedback, and effectiveness of learning programs.
Conduct research on learning trends and recommend ideas for continuous learning.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for employee well-being and growth.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital tools.
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
