Human Resources Intern

Position: HR Intern (Recruitment)

Location: Gurugram, Sector 32

Stipend: ₹8,000/month

Work Days & Timings: 6 days a week, 10 AM – 7 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern with a strong interest in recruitment. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring and exposure to fast-paced hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

• Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Up to 6 months of experience in recruitment (internship/freelance/part-time experience counts).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong enthusiasm and zeal to build a career as a recruiter.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
