What You’ll Do:

• Assist with recruitment: job postings, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews
• Support onboarding & orientation for new team members
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Help design & implement employee engagement initiatives
• Research HR best practices and contribute to process improvements
• Be a point of contact for HR queries and daily operations

Requirements:

• Must be

  currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree

  in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and independent
• Passionate about learning HR operations in a startup environment
• Basic knowledge of HR tools & processes is a plus
