About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resource operations. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, offering a strong foundation to build a successful career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
• Assist in HR documentation and maintaining employee records.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and team activities.
• Support attendance, joining formalities, and other daily operational HR tasks.
• Work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth execution of processes.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed Graduation/Post-Graduation in HR or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment tools preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
