Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to gain hands-on experience in human resources. This internship offers exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration — all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment: post job openings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews.• Support onboarding processes for new hires.• Maintain HR records (employee files, attendance, documentation).• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and virtual events.• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.• Provide administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.• Keen interest in HR and willingness to learn.
