Role Summary:

Human Resources Intern (International Hiring)

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job descriptions on various international and niche job portals.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across different countries for wellness-related roles.
• Connect with service providers (therapists, fitness trainers, dietitians, etc.) and encourage them to register on the MantraCare platform.
• Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and communication.
• Maintain a tracker of hiring progress and provide regular updates to the HR team.
• Assist in onboarding and documentation processes of international hires.
• Support the HR team with other international recruitment and outreach activities.
  

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written

  English communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build relationships globally.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Prior internship experience in HR or international hiring is a plus.
• Understanding of global hiring trends and cultural sensitivity.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic HR tools.
