Human Resources Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for 2 motivated interns to join our Growth & Marketing team. You will work closely with the founder and core team to drive lead generation, community outreach, and digital engagement. This is a high-impact role where you'll learn how to execute growth hacks, content strategies, and direct student outreach that bring measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Join and engage with student WhatsApp, Telegram & Facebook communities ? share Globalease updates & free consultation links.
• Assist in LinkedIn outreach campaigns: researching, connecting, and DMing prospective leads (students & jobseekers).
• Support content creation: brainstorm hooks, captions, and scripts for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor Reddit/Quora questions ? draft genuine, value-driven answers for visibility & trust-building.
• Assist in organising free webinars & online sessions for students/job seekers.
• Maintain weekly lead tracking & reporting dashboards (basic Excel/Google Sheets).

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi preferred).
• Hustler mindset ? proactive in joining groups, starting conversations, and networking.
• Strong interest in immigration, jobs abroad, or career services.
• Familiarity with social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp groups).
• Organised, reliable, and target-driven.
