Role Description:

3-month, full-time on-site internship

end-to-end recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the

    sourcing, screening, and shortlisting

    of candidates across multiple roles using various job portals and professional networks.
  • Coordinate and schedule

    interviews

    between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Draft and post on internal and external job portals.
  • Maintain and update the

    recruitment tracker

    , ensuring all candidate records are accurate and up to date.
  • Support in conducting

    reference checks

    and completing pre-onboarding documentation.
  • Participate in

    employer branding

    initiatives and assist in preparing recruitment materials.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve the

    candidate experience

    and recruitment processes.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for day-to-day recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation in

    Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field

    (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).
  • Basic understanding of the

    Talent Acquisition and Recruitment process

  • Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Technical & Behavioral Skills:

  • Familiarity with job portals such as

    Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed

  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking capability.
  • Professional communication and stakeholder handling skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a

    team-oriented environment
