Human Resources Intern

As an HR Intern at our company, you will have the opportunity to support various HR functions and gain hands-on experience in core HR processes. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records - Helping with onboarding formalities and documentation for new joiners - Maintaining HR databases and employee records - Supporting in attendance tracking, leave management, and shift scheduling - Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities and events - Drafting HR-related documents and communication such as letters and announcements - Coordinating with other departments for HR-related support - Ensuring confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - MBA fresher - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Basic understanding of HR functions and tools - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word - Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate effectively in a team environment In addition to these responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in core HR operations, exposure to HRMS systems and tools, and develop team collaboration and coordination skills.
