Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks including managing HR policies, handling employee benefits, supporting personnel management, and providing general support to the HR team. The role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure effective HR operations and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Understanding and application of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
