Job Description

Human Resources Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial telephonic or virtual screening interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Draft and post job descriptions across platforms.
  • Support onboarding and other HR coordination tasks.
  • Contribute to employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiar with LinkedIn and job portals.
  • Confident in conducting screening interviews.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.
