Human Resources Intern

As an HR Intern, your responsibilities will include putting up posts for IT and Non-IT vacancies, conducting aptitude tests, facilitating HR rounds, scheduling interviews with managers and leadership, resolving employee queries, conducting employee background verifications, and overseeing employee induction processes. It is essential to actively contribute to improving systems, fostering innovation, and evolving the processes. You should demonstrate a commitment to exponentially growing the brands we collaborate with and approach problem-solving with a proactive mindset. Understanding the core principles of your department and being willing to engage hands-on are key aspects of this role. While maintaining a work-life balance is crucial, being available when needed is vital in the e-commerce industry to ensure our brands are accessible to customers. Embracing organizational tools like To-Do List app, staying highly organized, and continuously learning are integral to achieving high performance. The ideal candidate should hold a UG/PG degree with specialization in HR, possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, and be proficient in using MS Office tools. Prior experience ranging from 0 to 3 years is preferred. The expected remuneration for this role is between 8000 to 10000, with opportunities for promotion every 6 months and involvement in exciting new projects.
