Job Responsibilities Recruitment Intern

- Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment dashboards.

- Job Postings: Draft and publish job descriptions on job boards, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.

- Employer Branding: Support in employer branding activities such as career page updates, social media recruitment posts, and internship fairs.

- Candidate Communication: Handle candidate queries, send follow-ups, and ensure a smooth interview experience.

- Reference Checks: Assist in conducting reference/background checks when required.

- Reporting: Prepare weekly recruitment status reports and share insights with the HR team.

- Learning & Support: Work closely with senior recruiters to understand end-to-end recruitment processes and HR best practices.

Requirements:

- Pursuing or completed Bachelors/Masters degree (preferably in HR, Management, or related fields).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR tools (Excel, Google Sheets, ATS).

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
