Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Source and screen candidates for internships and full-time roles via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals. Schedule interviews, maintain hiring trackers, and follow up with selected candidates. Assist in onboarding and orientation of new joiners. Track daily work reports, attendance, and task submissions for interns and employees. Coordinate feedback cycles with team leads and support performance evaluations. Maintain weekly efficiency and progress reports for internal review. Manage documentation including NDAs, offer letters, and internship letters. Organize team activities, shout-outs, and recognitions to boost morale.
