Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Connect with training & placement officers (TPOs) of colleges/universities. Schedule and coordinate campus hiring drives. Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Onboarding & documentation. Ensure smooth induction and orientation for new hires. HR operations & data management. Assist in organizing HR events, team-building activities, and engagement programs.
