About Company: Modulus Housing is a modular construction tech startup. We build modules that can be joined to form a building. Our standardized modules are manufactured in the factory and come with built-in plumbing and electrical lines. Right now, we have two modules that were designed to be set up anywhere quickly and affordable. Our modules: 1. Foldable Box and 2. Flatpack
We used our modules to do some good actually: 1000+ hospital cabins across 21 states in India for the fight against COVID, 100+ cabins built for farmers as micro-factories, and 20+ cabins for children in rural areas as schools. We did all this in the last 540 days (18 months), taking an average of 12 hours to design, build, transport, and deploy a cabin. And we feel like we have just started.
