Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assisting with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires by organizing orientation sessions and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Participating in employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture and boost morale. Assisting with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions. Collaborating with HR team members on various projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategy. Updating and maintaining employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance. Providing general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and responding to inquiries.
