Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Associate at She Can Foundation, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to empower women and girls. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Conducting orientations for new employees and assisting in the onboarding process.
• Managing employee relations by addressing employee concerns and conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
• Providing support in performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
• Assisting in organizing and facilitating training and development programs for employees.
