What You’ll Be Doing

• Administration & operations:
• Maintain founder schedules, coordinate travel, events, and internal meetings
• Ensure smooth day-to-day studio administration
• Help document internal processes and track team deliverables
• Business development support:
• Align calendars, schedule and prepare for BD meetings
• Assist with proposal preparation, pitch decks, and follow-ups
• Attend key meetings to take notes, track actionables, and ensure timely execution
• People & culture:
• Assist with end-to-end recruitment (job descriptions, scheduling, screening)
• Coordinate with department heads on hiring and team structuring
• Help nurture a positive and high-performance work culture
• Strategic support:
• Be the sounding board and right hand for the founders
• Step in wherever needed—be it idea execution, campaign planning, or team coordination
