Job Description

As a Recruitment Support and Administrative Assistant at Manufac Analytics Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process and ensuring smooth onboarding procedures. Your responsibilities will encompass various HR functions, including recruitment support, onboarding, administrative assistance, and supporting HR and organizational initiatives. In the realm of recruitment support, you will be tasked with sourcing and screening potential candidates utilizing job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels. Collaborating with hiring managers, you will help craft job descriptions and identify key qualifications for open positions. Additionally, managing applicant tracking systems and databases to maintain accurate candidate information will be part of your duties. You will also be responsible for conducting background checks and reference verifications as necessary. Moreover, you will contribute to the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience through paperwork completion and orientation assistance. Your role will also involve administrative assistance, where you will oversee the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding procedures. This includes liaising with relevant parties, collecting signed documents, and maintaining comprehensive personnel files. Supporting various HR lifecycle events such as contract renewals, internal transfers, and promotions will be essential. Addressing employee HR queries, preparing HR reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations will be integral to your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will actively participate in HR and organizational initiatives aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture. Providing assistance for HR activities, events, and communication with the HR team will be vital in promoting information dissemination and collaboration. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably in a startup environment, with a focus on high volume and niche IT hiring. An MBA in HR or an equivalent degree is desired, along with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and HR software systems. Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential attributes. Being detail-oriented, capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines, and displaying a willingness to learn and contribute to the HR team's success are key qualities we are looking for in potential candidates.
