As an HR Executive at Certiwise Learning Pvt. Ltd., located in Mohali, Punjab, your role will be crucial in supporting our mission of providing job-ready skills training to students. You will be responsible for various HR tasks, supporting students, and contributing to our social media presence. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Hiring and onboarding new team members to ensure a smooth transition into the company - Maintaining employee records and files to keep track of important information - Assisting in training activities and other HR-related tasks to support the development of our team - Engaging with students to address their career and training inquiries and provide guidance - Curating and sharing content on social media platforms like Instagram, Snapchat, and others - Promoting Certiwise through social media channels to reach a wider audience - Contributing to fostering a positive and welcoming office environment for all staff members To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - A degree in HR, Business, or a related field to have a foundational understanding of HR practices - Basic knowledge of HR operations to effectively carry out day-to-day tasks - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and students - Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Instagram, Snapchat, and others - Creativity and confidence in creating engaging videos or posts for social media promotion - A friendly and supportive demeanor to effectively counsel students and address their needs - Previous experience in the training or education sector would be advantageous but not mandatory.
