Role Overview

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Support

  onboarding and offboarding

  activities and maintain employee records accurately.
• Prepare and manage HR documents such as offer letters, confirmations, and contracts.
• Ensure all employee data is updated correctly in HR systems.
• Coordinate with payroll, finance, and other teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Handle employee queries promptly and professionally.
• Support HR audits, reports, and data requests.

Shift:

US Shift / Rotational (Cab facility available)

Skills Required

• Excellent communication

• Proficiency in

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Up to 1 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or employee management preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply with excellent communication skills and a passion for HR.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
