Job Description

As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring compliance with Indian labor laws and client requirements, such as Walmart and FCCA. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing and managing documentation for social compliance audits, including BSCI, SEDEX, and FCCA. - Maintaining updated records related to attendance, wages, contracts, ID proofs, etc. - Ensuring audit readiness and coordinating during third-party inspections. - Developing and updating HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks. - Conducting employee training on the code of conduct, grievance policy, and safety. - Overseeing grievance redressal systems and worker welfare programs. - Ensuring proper age verification and working hour compliance.,
