About the Role

We are looking to grow our team and are seeking a Senior HR Associate with deep experience in technical hiring for product-based startups to help us scale. You’ll be responsible for owning and executing full-cycle recruitment across multiple technical roles in a fast-paced AI startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for mid & senior-level to leadership technical roles, including Chief Technology Officer, Engineering Managers, Full Stack Developers, QA/SDET, DevOps, AI Engineers, and Product Tech Leads.
  • Handle 3–4 active technical requisitions at a time with speed and precision.
  • Strategize and execute effective sourcing methods via LinkedIn, Naukri, Wellfound, referrals, and niche job boards.
  • Collaborate closely with the tech team to understand hiring needs, role expectations, and team dynamics.
  • Screen, evaluate, and recommend top-tier candidates who match both role and culture fit.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for future leadership and engineering roles.
  • Optimize and implement recruitment processes while maintaining a great candidate experience.


Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in product-based startups.
  • Proven track record of hiring senior technical talent (Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, Director of Engineering, etc.).
  • Strong stakeholder management and sourcing skills.
  • Technical education background (B.Tech or similar) or

    a software developer turned recruiter is a huge plus

    & will be preferred!
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup.
  • Passion for building scalable teams and streamlining hiring operations.
