Job Description

We seek a creative and energetic Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. Recruiters have responsibility for hiring talent through creative sourcing, coordinating the resume review and interview process and working collaboratively across offices with hiring managers and recruiters . What youll do Source, pre-screen and attract candidates for experienced hiring opportunities Manage requisitions in the applicant tracking system in a timely manner in accordance with compliance and user guidelines Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, plan and execute sourcing strategy, consult on best practice interview process Manage interview scheduling and logistics, including candidate evaluation Collect feedback from internal stake holders and new hires for process improvement across the entire recruiting lifecycle Maintain recruiting tracking databases for statistical analysis and best practice reporting to relevant stakeholders Support other recruiting projects and initiatives What youll bring BA/BS degree with strong academic background required, MBA preferred 1-4 years relevant recruiting experience strongly preferred Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-task Strong verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and commitment Proven ability to work in a team environment Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
