Human Resources and Pre Sales

You are an HRO Pre Sales/Solution Architect at Latinum, where you play a crucial role in building trusted relationships with sales teams and client accounts. Your expertise in HR, combined with 4-5 years of experience in sales/pre-sales, allows you to contribute significantly to increasing revenue and sales for both existing and new accounts. Your key responsibilities include: - Participating in responding to HR Solutions received in RFx - Showcasing each service proposition to address identified client needs and create excitement among client teams - Working with the Pre-Sales Manager and Business teams to ensure sales documentation and collateral are up to date - Participating in Client workshops, Due Diligence, and Process studies, including documentation creation - Collaborating with technology and sales teams to develop internal tools for process improvement - Creating and managing content repository with reusable content, case studies, and standard sales/capability presentations Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources, Business & Organization Management, Arts, or Commerce Skills that will help you excel in this role: - Strong communication skills, especially in written responses - Negotiation abilities - Simplifying abstract concepts - Working with ambiguous data & information - Collaboration and working under pressure - Data analytics skills - Proficiency in MS Word and presentation creation - Commercial acumen - Organizational and collaboration skills - Good listening and multi-tasking abilities Mandatory work requirements/experience include: - Willingness to travel as required - Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends - Location preference for working in Mumbai, preferably Olympus - Previous experience in Human Resources Outsourcing and Presales departments - Familiarity with leading HR applications like Workday, Oracle, or SAP - Understanding of industry processes/domains, such as Retail, Consumer Goods, or Manufacturing Additional good-to-have qualifications: - US Visa - HR Certifications Join Latinum as an HRO Pre Sales/Solution Architect and leverage your expertise to drive sales growth and client satisfaction.,
