Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete recruitment process, from understanding job requirements, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers. Use various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events, and headhunting to attract top talent. Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and arrange in-person or virtual interviews for shortlisted candidates. Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Write and post job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring they attract qualified candidates. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and addressing concerns. Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing welcome materials and scheduling orientations for new hires. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
