Job Description

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads (Engineering, Production, QA/QC, Procurement, Projects) to understand manpower requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, campus drives, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate technical assessments with line managers.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and ensure timely closure of positions.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position Vitech as an employer of choice in the heavy engineering industry.
  • Stay updated on industry salary benchmarks and assist in offer negotiations.
