Position :- HR Recruiter Location :- Film Nagar, Hyderabad( Film Nagar) Timings : 6.00 PM to 3,00 AM IST ( Night Shift ) Are you an enthusiastic HR professional ready to grow with a fast-paced, collaborative organization? Were looking for an HR Executive to manage our internal hiring, support HR operations, and help track team performance. ### What Youll Do: Handle end-to-end internal recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups Maintain employee records, onboarding documentation, and HR files Assist with attendance tracking, leave management & compliance basics Support employee performance tracking and appraisal documentation Create monthly HR dashboards and recruitment MIS reports Coordinate engagement initiatives and internal communications Be the go-to person for day-to-day HR queries ### What Were Looking For: 1Yr–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment Familiar with HR operations, recruitment cycles & performance tracking Proficient in MS Excel (for reports, dashboards, MIS) Excellent communication & problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and organized multitasker If you’re passionate about people, process, and performance, let’s connect!
