Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the complete recruitment process from understanding requirements to offer rollout and onboarding.
  • Handle Non-IT hiring across departments such as Operations, Sales, Marketing, Accounts, Logistics, Administration, HR, etc.

2. Sourcing & Screening

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and headhunting.
  • Conduct preliminary screening to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

3. Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up to ensure timely feedback.
  • Assist in conducting HR interviews and negotiating salary as required.

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with department heads to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment status and challenges.

5. Documentation & Compliance

  • Ensure accurate documentation of hiring activities and candidate records.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports.

6. Employer Branding

  • Support HR initiatives to improve employer branding and candidate experience.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events, if required.

7. Vendor Coordination

  • Manage external recruitment agencies and monitor performance.

Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Strong experience in

    Non-IT hiring

    (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines.
  • Good understanding of job portals and recruitment tools.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
