We are hiring an HR Officer to join our team. The HR Officer will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information. Roles and Responsibilities Sourcing through various channels of recruitment. Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Recruitment responsibility of all the store’s in the assigned region. Responsible for all the HR operations from onboarding to exit process. Responsible for Labor documentation of the branches. Plan employee engagements programs and CSR activities for that region. Handle Employee grievances and claims. Maintain accurate HR documentation and generate reports as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Officer or in a similar position. Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws. High level of confidentiality and professionalism. Exposed to fast paced, multi-tasking and performance driven culture High levels of team orientation. Ability to understand process and provide suggestion/ areas of improvement Location: Kochi Pay: 15,000 to 20,000 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Experience: total work: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
