Job Description

Position:

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for hospitality and restaurant roles (front-of-house, back-of-house, and support staff).
Source candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, and social media.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates as per business requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and ensure timely closures.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.

Requirements:

2–3 years of proven recruitment experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry (QSR, fine dining, casual dining, or hotels).
Strong knowledge of hospitality job profiles and manpower requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple openings.
