1. Identify,source, and attract qualified candidates through job boards,social media,referrals,networking,and professional platforms.
2. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate experience,communication skills.
3. Provide detailed feedback to hiring mangers after each interview stage.
4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from application to on boarding.
5. Work closely with the departments heads to determine hiring needs and role requirements.Assist in employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.
6. Support HR team in on boarding. and orientation programs.
