Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Interview Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule skill and final interviews with a daily target of 25 completed interviews.
  • Utilize interview scheduling tools such as

    HirePro

    or

    HireVue

    .
  • Ensure adherence to the standardized interview scheduling template.
  • Monitor the end-to-end interview process from scheduling to completion.
  • Identify and escalate scheduling roadblocks to recruiters and recruitment leads.
  • Provide real-time suggestions to improve scheduling efficiency and reduce:
    • Unscheduled interviews
    • Interview cancellations
    • Candidate or interviewer no-shows
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve any issues affecting interview completion.
  • Share daily updates on interview scheduling progress with recruitment leadership.

Recruiter Coordination

  • Educate recruiters on the interview scheduling process and tools.
  • Ensure recruiters provide complete and accurate information in the scheduling template.
  • Work closely with recruiters to highlight and resolve issues such as:
    • Insufficient profiles
    • Candidate not reachable (CNR)
    • Candidate not interested (CNI)

Interviewer Coordination

  • Block interviewer calendars and schedule interviews via HirePro/HireVue.
  • Guide hiring managers on using the scheduling tools effectively.
  • Communicate clear guidelines to ensure smooth interview execution.
  • Follow up with interviewers to ensure timely participation and feedback submission.

Candidate Coordination

  • Schedule candidate interviews and ensure registration is completed beforehand.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to minimize no-shows.
  • Provide candidates with clear instructions and expectations for the interview process.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage (0-1 year preferred).

Preferred candidate profile

1. Fresher should have All the college Documents and mandatory is

PDC( Provisional Degree Certificate ).

2. And for Experience for upto 1 to 1.5 yrs they should have All the Documents like experience letter , Relieving letter , and most important they should have PF/Form16
