Job Description

JOB PURPOSE Will be aligned with Human Resources department and help in the function that is crucial for the organization that deals with the people and their queries which includes compensation and benefits, onboarding, performance management, Payroll and organization development and culture. Will be part of HR Operations team which is responsible for providing backend HR services to business. Will be required to complete varied tasks in this area and operate within set guidelines under the direction of the Talent Center Policies on Employee life cycle. Will be managing all the automation work from HR Ops perspective and will also be responsible for Labor compliances for India region. The role exercises consistent judgement and discretion with work directly related to management policies and the general operations of the business. JOB RESPONSIBILITY In this role you are required to manage the life cycle of employee within the organization, do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems. Experience on HR operations, where person will be responsible for entire process of pre onboarding, onboarding, background checks, exits, HR ticketing system. Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures. The person requires understanding of designing, development & implementation of special projects & programs and will be responsible of all HR compliances •The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments EXPERIENCE 10 years of relevant experience and 5 years of leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
