Job Description HR Executive (Third-Party Role)
Location: Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital, Pune
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with stakeholders for job openings and recruitment portal activities.
Conduct trainings on recruitment portal and LMS; support LMS implementation.
Manage onboarding calling new joiners, coordinating induction programs.
Handle auditorium bookings and HR event logistics.
Requirements:
Graduate in HR or related field with 1–2 years of HR/recruitment support experience.
Strong communication, stakeholder management & organizational skills.
Familiarity with LMS preferred (or willingness to learn).
