Job Description

NAPS & NATS Joining Process Completion and Documentation: Ensure timely on boarding of apprentices under NAPS and NATS schemes. Facilitate and verify the completion of all required documentation during the joining process. Manpower Attrition Control (TSPL NAPS & NATS): Monitor and analyse attrition trends. Implement strategies to improve retention of NAPS and NATS trainees. Manpower Absenteeism Control (TSPL – NAPS & NATS): Track daily attendance. Address absenteeism issues through counselling and disciplinary measures as required. NAPS & NATS Contract Generation: Prepare and manage apprenticeship contracts in line with scheme requirements and company policy. Handling Disciplinary Issues (TSPL): Address disciplinary matters in coordination with line managers. Ensure fair and timely resolution as per organizational norms. Employee Grievance Handling: Serve as the point of contact for grievances from NAPS/NATS apprentices. Provide timely and effective resolutions to ensure a positive work environment. Manpower Recruitment and Deployment Support (NAPS & NATS): Assist in identifying, screening, and recruiting suitable candidates. Support the deployment process in coordination with departments. DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) Follow-Up – NAPS & NATS: Ensure timely and accurate DBT claims submission and reimbursement follow-up. Daily Manpower Requirement Fulfilment & KYC Preparation: Collaborate with departments to understand daily manpower requirements. Prepare and maintain accurate KYC documents for apprentices. Safety Training Completion (NAPS & NATS): Coordinate and track completion of mandatory safety training for all apprentices. Maintain training records in compliance with safety regulations.
